Privacy Policy.

Last updated August 24, 2026

The short version: we collect what we need to run Salesy, we never sell your data, and you can delete it anytime.

01

Who operates Salesy

Salesy is built and operated by Travis Gooden, a sole proprietor based in California, United States. Not a company with a privacy department — one person, which is why this policy is written in plain language instead of boilerplate.

Salesy is currently offered in the United States only.

If you have a question about anything on this page, email privacy@staysalesy.com.

02

What we collect

Account basics, the sales profile you set up during onboarding, and the rhythm data you log — blocks, dials, conversations, proposals. Enough to build your week and grade it. Nothing more.

Name and email address. How we receive these depends on how you sign up. If you create an account with an email address and password, we receive that email address directly, along with your name if you provide one. If you use Sign in with Apple, Apple provides your name and email address to us. If you choose Apple's Hide My Email, we receive and store a private relay address instead of your real one — we never see the underlying address. Your name is used to greet you in the app and to identify your account.

Your password, if you use one. Accounts created with a password have that password stored by Supabase in hashed form. We never see it, we cannot recover it, and no one at Salesy can read it. If you forget it, we send you a reset link — we do not send you your password, because we do not have it.

Your content. Everything you create inside Salesy: KPI logs, tasks, day notes, week notes, and check-in selections. We store this so the app can show your history back to you across sessions and devices. It is yours, and we treat it as yours.

An account identifier. An internal ID that links your content to your account. It means nothing outside Salesy.

Your subscription status. Whether you are on Free, on Pro, or in a trial, and when that status changes. Apple processes every payment. We never see, receive, or store card numbers or billing details.

03

How we use it

To generate your rhythm, calculate your grade and streak, send the morning reminder, and keep the app working. We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

We use what we collect to run the app and nothing else.

Your name and email identify your account and let us reach you about it — verification, password resets, and the occasional message about a change to the service. Your content is stored so the app can show it back to you: your week, your logs, your notes, your history. Your subscription status tells the app whether to unlock Pro.

We do not use your data to build a profile of you, to train advertising, or to sell you anything beyond Salesy itself.

We never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers. Ever.
04

Who your data is shared with

Only with the service providers that keep Salesy running — and only what they need. We list them, and we require them to protect your data.

A small number of service providers help us run Salesy. They handle data on our behalf, under contract, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication.

RevenueCat — manages subscription entitlements, meaning whether your account has Pro access.

Apple — provides Sign in with Apple and processes all payments.

Resend — sends transactional email only: account verification codes and password reset messages. We do not send marketing email.

Vercel — hosts the staysalesy.com website. The website sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to track you across other companies' apps or websites. We disclose your information to no one else, except where we are legally required to or where you have asked us to.

05

Outbound links

The Lounge includes recommendations for gear and tools we actually use and rate. Tapping one takes you to another company's website. What happens there is governed by their privacy policy, not ours.

We do not send them your name, your email, or anything you have created in Salesy. They do not know you came from a Salesy account.

We currently earn nothing from these links. If that changes — if we join an affiliate program and start earning a commission on purchases — we will say so plainly on this page and label the links in the app before it takes effect. We are not going to recommend something because it pays better.

06

What we do not collect

We want to be specific here, because "we care about your privacy" is not a commitment and a list is.

We do not collect location data of any kind. We do not run analytics. We do not collect crash or performance telemetry. We do not use advertising identifiers or any device identifier for tracking. We do not request access to your contacts, photos, calendar, or microphone. We do not read from or write to Apple Health. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

If that list ever changes, this page changes first.

07

Storage & security

Your data is encrypted in transit and stored with a reputable cloud provider. We keep it only as long as your account is active, plus a short window after.

Your data is stored with Supabase on servers in Northern California, in the United States.

Your data lives in a Supabase database that we control. It is encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security, which means your account can read your rows and no one else's.

Passwords are stored hashed by Supabase. We cannot read them, and neither can anyone at Salesy.

No security is absolute, and we are not going to claim otherwise. What we can tell you is that we hold as little as possible — no location, no analytics, no advertising identifiers — so there is less to lose if something goes wrong. If a breach ever affects your information, we will tell you.

Your data is encrypted in transit.Everything between the app and our servers travels over TLS.
08

California residents

Salesy is operated from California, and we extend the same rights to everyone who uses it regardless of where they live. You can access your information, correct it, export it, or delete it outright. Deletion is available directly in the app at Settings → Delete Account and takes effect immediately.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done either, and the app has no advertising or analytics infrastructure that would make it possible.

If you want to exercise any of these rights and cannot do it in the app, email privacy@staysalesy.com.

09

Cookies and tracking

The Salesy app contains no tracking of any kind — no analytics SDK, no advertising identifier, no third-party pixel.

The staysalesy.com website sets no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. We do not know how many pages you visited before this one, and we have not built anything that could tell us.

10

How long we keep it, and how to delete it

We keep your content for as long as your account exists.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your account, your KPI logs, tasks, notes, and check-ins from our database. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore deleted data for you afterward.

Deleting your Salesy account does not cancel an active subscription — Apple manages that separately. The support page explains how.

Delete your account anytime, in-app.No email chains, no waiting. It's your data.
11

Children's privacy

Salesy is built for working sales professionals and is not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Salesy is a professional sales tool and is not directed at children.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has created an account, email privacy@staysalesy.com and we will remove it.

12

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Material changes get a heads-up in the app.

If we change this policy in a way that materially affects how we handle your information, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and tell you in the app before the change takes effect. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.

13

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Salesy is currently offered in the United States only.
