Check spam and promotions first — it's usually hiding there. If nothing lands after a couple of minutes, tap Resend on the sign-in screen. If your inbox filters hard, add support@staysalesy.com to your contacts and try once more. Put in the wrong address? Start over with the right one — nothing is charged until you're in.

Tap "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder — it comes from noreply@staysalesy.com. If you signed up with Sign in with Apple you don't have a password with us at all; just tap Sign in with Apple again.

Email support@staysalesy.com with your device model, your iOS version, and roughly what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps more than any description.

Open Today, tap the block you want to change, and adjust its theme, time, or length. To rebuild the whole week, go to Settings → Rhythm → Regenerate and answer the two profile questions again. Your targets carry over — only the blocks reshuffle.

The grade measures follow-through against your weekly targets, not effort. If dials were up but conversations lagged, the weaker number pulls the letter down. Check the Score screen — the KPI tile with the amber or rust stripe is the one holding you back. Log actuals as they happen; a Sunday catch-up rarely moves it.

Go to Settings → Reminders → Morning nudge and pick any time — most closers set it 15 minutes before their first block. You can mute weekends on the same screen. If nothing arrives, make sure notifications are switched on for Salesy in your phone's system settings.

Subscriptions run through the App Store, so you manage them there: your phone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Salesy → cancel or change plan. You keep Pro until the current period ends, then drop to Free. Your history stays put — we don't hold anything hostage.

Pro adds KPI logging — dials, conversations, proposals · Weekly letter grade · Consistency streak · Full history · All reminders · The Lounge — $9.99 a month, or $79.99 a year ($6.67 a month). Every new account gets all of Pro free for 14 days; if you don't upgrade, you drop back to Free and keep your rhythm.

Pro starts with a free 14-day trial — you get every Pro feature for the full trial period. Apple will not charge you until it ends, and you can cancel any time before then at no cost. If you do nothing, the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends.

Cancellation happens in iOS Settings, not inside Salesy — Apple handles all subscription billing, so we genuinely cannot cancel it for you. Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Salesy, then Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Sign in with the same account you used originally, then open Settings → Restore Purchases in Salesy. Your subscription reconnects. There is nothing to pay again.

Settings → Delete Account in the app. This immediately and permanently removes your account and everything in it — KPI logs, tasks, notes, and check-ins. It cannot be undone. Note that deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel that in iOS Settings first.
